This calculator takes in a batch of Score Voting ballots in form of a CSV file and calculates the winning candidates acording to Reweighted Score Voting.
Voters score each candidate from 0 to 10. Afterwards, winners are determined as follows:
Each ballot has a starting weight of 1.
The candidate with the highest total score is elected. In the event of a tie, the first candidate on the list wins.
Each ballot is given a new weight of 1 / (1 + score given to all winners / 10).
Go back to step 2 and repeat until all winners have been chosen.
